What if I need something repaired in my apartment?

Submit a service request through the resident portal, email the leasing office, or contact the office during business hours. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 by calling the office.

How do I pay my rent and when is it due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and can be paid online through the resident portal by ACH, debit card, or credit card, or by check or money order at the leasing office. Cash is not accepted.

Are residents responsible for lawn care & snow removal?

No. Lawn care and snow removal are provided by the property.

Do residents need renters insurance?

Yes. Renters insurance is required.

Yes. Up to two pets are allowed per home.

Are these homes purchasable?

No. These homes are for rent only and are not available for purchase.
